Day 01. Delhi

On your arrival at Delhi International Airport, meet Incredible India tour representative for assisted transfer to the hotel and overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 02. Delhi

Varanasi Diwali Celebration TourAfter breakfast, begin Delhi city tour with a visit to Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Humayun Tomb, Qutub Minar, India Gate and Drive Past President’s Palace and Parliament House. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 03. Delhi - Varanasi

After breakfast, check out Delhi for a flight to Varanasi. Varanasi is the city of lights and learning and has strong association with the spirituality of Hinduism. The mighty River Ganges flows in its eastern course and thereby provides a reason for the life around the Ghats or riverfronts to flourish. Upon reaching here, check in the hotel for overnight stay.

Continue the excursion towards Sarnath. Located 10 km from Varanasi, Sarnath is the site where the Buddha preached his first sermon in the Deer Park. The divine aura of Sarnath still echoes the same blissful essence. Dotted by stupas, temple and an Archaeological Museum, a visit to Sarnath is an enriching experience. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 04. Varanasi Sightseeing

Varanasi is the city of temple and traditions. Dotted with numerous temples, the city has a spiritual spirit that can be experienced during its sightseeing. Visit Vishwanath Temple (open only for Hindus), Bharat Mata Temple (where physical relief map of India is worshipped) and the Banaras Hindu University (the largest university complex in India.) Rest of the day is free at leisure. In the evening, proceed for the River Ganges to enjoy the evening AARTI at the GHATS. It’s a norm that the ghats come to life during river worship rituals. And when the festival of Diwali approaches, the joy and excitement of the festival can be easily seen on and around the Ghats. Day 05. Varanasi – Khajuraho

Varanasi Diwali TourDrive to Daswamedh Ghat early in the morning and begin a boat ride on the sacred river Ganges. Here, you get to see the numerous morning traditions and rituals around the ghats and also observe the Cremation Ghats. Cremation here is believed to release a soul from the cycle of life and death. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Check out the hotel in time to board the flight for Khajuraho.
Khajuraho is an ode to human emotions in brilliance of human artistry. Located in Madhya Pradesh, Khajuraho is famous for exotic temples enriched with detailed sculptures. The Group of Monuments at Khajuraho are also a World Heritage Site, which surely gives it a tourism boost.

Upon arrival in Khajuraho, check in at the hotel and later proceed for sightseeing of Exotic temples (Western, Southern & Eastern group).

Stay till evening and attend the fascinating SOUND & LIGHT SHOW at Western Group of Temple. The special show narrates the journey of temples creation and the history associated with them. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 06. Khajuraho - Orcha – Jhansi (Distance 170 kms/ 4 hrs) -

Jhansi – Agra (Jhansi – Agra – by train)

After breakfast, check out Khajuraho to reach Jhansi. Enroute visit Orchha Temples. A medieval city with a crumbling legacy, Orchha’s heritage comprises of temples, splendid palaces and Cenotaphs. After sightseeing, continue the journey towards Jhansi railway station which is just at a distance of 15 kms from Orchha & board train for Agra.

Upon arrival at Agra, meet the representative for assisted transfer to hotel for overnight stay.

Diwali Celebration Tour varanasiDay 07. Agra

After breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Agra visiting Agra Fort. Next in the series of sightseeing is the visit to the resplendent Taj Mahal. It is to note that both the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort are the world heritage sites. In the evening, proceed for a cultural show by Kala Kriti in Agra. Return back to the hotel and overnight.

Day 08. Agra – Delhi (Drive 260 Kms / 3 hrs)

Check out Agra in morning and continue the drive to Delhi. Upon arrival, in-time transfer to the international airport to board the connecting flight for onward destination.
